Olivia has been leading local and global initiatives, as well as managing cross-functional teams across multiple industries for 8+ years. She graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Industrial Design and a minor in Computer Science and Marketing. Her career kicked off at IBM, in their New York City office, where she was the lead User Experience Designer for a B2B marketing analytics product. She championed Enterprise Design Thinking while facilitating workshops, internally and with clients, to design and build a new analytics offering from the ground up.
After a successful product launch, Olivia joined IBM Cloud's Global Sales Enablement team as the Global Design Lead where she was the first dedicated designer to staff the team. Olivia pioneered multiple initiatives that contributed to up-skilling sellers quickly and efficiently. Including leading the branding and conference experience design of 9 worldwide sales kick off conferences, each averaging 4-10K sellers in attendance - and 3 virtual kick offs. She also lead the vision, design, and build for the team's first worldwide engagement platform that championed peer to peer collaboration, crowdsourcing technical assets, upskilling, and recognition of IBM's salesforce. Launched middle of 2018, by 2021 there were 25,000+ monthly users and over $200,000 USD awarded in prizes.
At the creation of the new IBM Client Engineering team (formerly IBM Technology Garage), Olivia joined to lead cross-functional squads that delivered co-creation experiences for IBM's top clients. Championing Enterprise Design Thinking throughout sales to promote new ways of building and maintaining relationships with clients. By focusing on understanding client's root challenges and short-long term business goals, she accelerated transformation and deal progression by leading workshops and MVP designs in the pre-sales stage that surfaced user needs, prioritized scope, and sped up ideation - while infusing AI and hybrid cloud solutions - resulting in the creation of multiple MVPs that lead to future engagements between the clients and IBM.
In 2022, Olivia joined Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to help establish a new Innovation Consulting arm. As a Global Engagement Manager, she works closely with clients to build innovation portfolios that position their businesses to navigate future technological, societal, geopolitical, and economic challenges.
She has generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in sales, maintained a consistent pipeline, and focused on industries such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, Energy, and Utilities. Additionally, Olivia has led design operations to ensure scalable and repeatable engagement processes across the team.
