Olivia has been leading global initiatives and managing cross-functional teams across multiple industries for over 10 years. She graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Industrial Design and a minor in Computer Science and Marketing. Her career began at IBM in New York City, where she served as the lead User Experience Designer for a B2B marketing analytics product. She championed Enterprise Design Thinking, facilitating workshops both internally and with clients to design and build a new analytics offering from the ground up.
After a successful product launch, Olivia joined IBM Cloud’s Global Sales Enablement team as the Global Design Lead, where she was the first dedicated designer on the team. Olivia pioneered initiatives that accelerated seller readiness, including branding and experience design for nine global sales kick-off conferences, attended by 4-10K sellers, and three virtual kick-offs. She also led the vision, design, and build of the team’s first worldwide engagement platform, promoting peer collaboration, technical crowdsourcing, and salesforce recognition. By 2021, the platform grew to 25,000+ monthly users, driving engagement and awarding over $200,000 in prizes.
At the inception of IBM Client Engineering (formerly IBM Technology Garage), Olivia took on the role of leading cross-functional squads in delivering co-creation experiences for IBM’s top clients. She infused Enterprise Design Thinking into the pre-sales process, fostering new approaches to client relationships. By addressing clients’ core challenges and strategic goals, she accelerated deal progression, guiding workshops and MVP development that clarified user needs, prioritized scope, and integrated AI and hybrid cloud solutions—culminating in multiple MVPs and ongoing client engagements with IBM.
In 2022, Olivia joined Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) to establish a new Innovation Consulting division. As a Global Engagement Manager, she has led the growth of the business substantially since the team's launch. Olivia works directly with TCS account teams and clients, specifically in the Energy and Utilities sectors, to build robust innovation portfolios that prepare them to meet future technological, societal, geopolitical, and economic challenges.
Olivia has generated revenue through strategic sales, managed a consistent pipeline, and led initiatives in other sectors as well, such as: Life Sciences, Healthcare, and within the Public Sector. Additionally, she has implemented scalable frameworks for repeatable engagements and measurable impact, positioning her team and clients for sustained success.
Olivia lives in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband and 2 boys (Henry - 3 yrs, and Hudson - 1 yr). In September 2024, Olivia completed her SDI Open Water Scuba Diver Certification. She looks forward to many adventures with her family - and diving all over the world in the years to come.
