IBM FAST START 2018

Fast Start is a 5 day, face-to-face, internal sales conference held at 3 locations globally at the beginning of each year. 

Although internal, Business Partners are invited to attend and key clients are invited to participate in panels. In 2018, the 3 locations were: Madrid, Bangkok, and Las Vegas. 

Fast Start has many components that revolve around sales enablement and networking - this includes sales sessions, technical lab sessions, geo/market relative sessions, and executive keynotes to ensure the attendees leave with updated knowledge around the portfolio and are aligned to sell.

HIGHLIGHTED RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the branding for all 3 events - which included the conference mobile app design as well as the communication with the 3rd party company owning the development and support.
• Designed and managed the digital meeting room signage and logistics for all sessions at all 3 events - session counts reaching in the 1000s. Ensuring they were correct if last minute changes occurred, and being the point of contact with the hotel representative for all signage displays.
• Designed and lead the logistics for all printed signage that was used throughout the 3 conference venues. Responsible for working with international vendors on pricing, deliverable requirements, and shipping.
• Designed the animated lobby signage at multiple attendee hotels.
• Designed the main keynote presentation for the General Manager of IBM Cloud and Cognitive Software. 
• Responsible for working with the AV team at all hotels in preparation for audience sizes ranging from 2000 to 4000 attendees. Lead the AV team to ensure accurate timing of presentation components and speaker changes.
• Designed and maintained the conference website where 100s of planning team members posted and maintained key information for attendees.
• Designed the PPT template for all teams to use for curriculum to ensure design and content consistency - and easy reuse of conference content to match IBM branding.
